The Best Key Lime Martini / Dry or Boozy

Key Lime Martini

I’ve long been a fan of the specialty cocktail. I had a variety of mojito options at my wedding, and it wasn't a question of if the guests were drinking them, but how many.

I have discovered and enjoyed many a cocktail over the years, but the key lime martini remains a favorite. I was introduced to this sweet-sour beverage by a college boyfriend, and although he had many lovely qualities, this martini was his legacy.

Hitting all the tropical flavors and without being too creamy, this is the cocktail I need to get me through these grey days. The only problem is - I’ve gone dry - so I had to find an alternative that tasted just as nice. For those of you that enjoy a little kick to your cocktail, fear not, I have included the original alcoholic version as well.
